Poppy is a beautiful, energetic, and loving 2 year old Border Collie X Lab X Staffie mix in need of a forever home before Christmas.
Poppy loves walks/runs, playing tug-o-war, and snuggling with humans and other dogs. She likes any and all food especially her treats!
She is house trained, crate trained, and understands basic commands (sit, down, stay, wait, shake).
Poppy needs an owner who’s willing to give her lots of love and reassurance and in return she’ll be loyal and give so much love to her human(s).
On walks she wants to be friends with the other dogs a bit too much and pulls on lead so training to correct this needs to continue but she’s such a smart girl and food motivated, making it easily achievable.
Poppy doesn’t like young kids, so she needs a family or owner without young kids.
She would suit a home with another friendly dog or would love being a spoilt only furkid. She hasn’t been exposed to cats so we’re not sure if she likes them.
Poppy would suit a loving home with lots of a spoiling and attention and good walk daily.
She has a LOT of love to give to her humans and loves to be a part of the family.
